- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair and middle of the road, but if a certain price seems high, that’s because in contracting, you typically get what you pay for. We do a good job and we stand behind our work, and our prices reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I'll start by discussing their particular situation with them on the phone, normally followed by a visit to their location to get a first-hand look at exactly what is needed for their particular installation/repair – I don't like giving a quote sight unseen. After that, I will either provide them with a written or verbal quote, whichever they prefer, and if all is agreeable, we get rockin' and rollin'!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I strive to stay on the cutting-edge of today's electrical and electronic advancements. One area I try to learn more about all the time is different LED lighting solutions.
