I was looking for self defense training in order to learn how to protect myself. I found Onyx Fitness Training and it was one of the best decisions that I have made! They went over basic jiu jitsu and striking style techniques and I noticed that my core is a lot stronger! They were very nice and welcoming. I really enjoy training here! They also have a full gym for weight training as well! I am more excited than ever because not only am I learning self defense, but I am seeing drastic changes towards my body as well! Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. I began an all out effort after searching high and low for a trainer that would satisfy my desire for health, fitness, strength and mobility. While searching the internet I found a site called Thumbtack.com. After searching the Internet I also came across a fitness trainer known as Jeffrey Urcan @ Top Fit Pros Training. Prior to that it seem like a shot in the dark looking for a fitness trainer. I had no luck whatsoever with every trainer I spoke to that either charge insane amounts per session or were very weak in knowledge of fitness training. After I spoke to Jeff I realize this was a strong possibility. I actually went on thumbtack and found him in there also. After reading his reviews I felt that I needed to meet with him. He was very accommodating to me so I scheduled a consultation in the evening after Jeff’s day was finished. He spent plenty of time with me explaining the process he uses to get people into shape and he makes their lifestyle healthy. I noticed his gym was immaculate and very clean. So was Jeff! The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was this Gym did not smell like a normal gym. It was very clean smelling. Like being in a sterile room at a hospital. He spent the time with me and after I met him I knew he was the fitness trainer I was looking for. From the beginning Jeff made sure I understood everything we were doing. He started with the nutrition program making me understand how it works in detail. After that was completed we started our first workout. During the work out he explains the muscle groups you’re working and will even show them to you on a chart so you understand what you’re doing. I felt like I was with a professor at a college getting an education at the same time. Jeff’s workouts are very intense and when you’re completed with your work out you know you have really worked out hard. Throughout the workout he feed you a knowledge base of what he collected over the past 27 years with his education and continuing education. You can really see that this man has done his homework. Jeff doesn’t just teach you fitness training he also gives you guidance to a lifestyle change so you become a healthier person. I had the pleasure to speak to some of his clients in passing and they worship him like he is a God. One encouraging person said to me that Jeff loves his work so much that he goes out of their way to make sure you are all right even after you are finished training with him for the day. Judging from all of the trainers I have been to Jeff is head and shoulders above all the rest. It is a real pleasure to train with someone so educated and so caring for their clients. Since I have been training with Jeff I have lost a lot of body fat and gained some lean muscle. Now I look great in a bathing suit and not scared to wear it to the beach. I feel that he has given me what I have been looking for. His pricing is very reasonable and with his private gym there is no membership fee, no charge for the bottled water and a clean gym towel to use while you work out. It beats an open member ship gym by far. I will never stop training with Jeff. He will be my trainer for a long time coming. I gave Jeff a five star review because he was without a doubt the best trainer I have ever come across. I have signed up for a Spartan Race in March and needed help getting some endurance training. I originally signed up for a package because it was a better deal. I have already seen some great results and have decided to buy more sessions. My girl friends attended a group class and we did some unique cross fitness training. He has also mapped out a nutrition plan for me to follow so that I stay healthy during my training. I am very happy with his ability to keep me motivated.

Bentley is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He teaches proper technique and form which is so important to working out safely. The workout is customized to your fitness needs. The gym is spotless and well equipped.
I worked with Frantz while I was a member at LA Fitness Saugus, MA and during our sessions he gave me as much commitment and focus as I did to the workout , if not more, a very motivational honest trainer!

A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I absolutely loved my first trial session with Kaizen Training! First of all we organized it within a few days and thankfully he could accommodate his time I could train. We discussed my goals and put together training plan that tested my abilities! During the session he was very attentive to my strengths and weaknesses and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.
Flex Fitness was definitely something I needed. I realized that the trainer was dedicated to my growth and my health he was also looking to help me achieve my goal and wanted it a little more than I did it seemed at times but the experience I one I'll never forget and I will continue all I learned.
