I hired Daniel during my pending divorce. There were many times Mr. Ifill would advise me in writing of doing something I asked of him, but he never did it. He also did not truthfully communicate with me about my ex husband and his attorneys intentions, which led to my ex’s attorney filing a ridiculous motion for contempt against me, something Ifill never communicated to me - instead I was forwarded the motion of contempt as an emailed attachment from Ifill.
I had to contact him 3 times before I reached him by phone, regarding the contempt I would not recommend Mr. Ifill to anyone looking for an attorney. It took over 2 months to have him WITHDRAW- which was my only option since he was not responsive to me, not responding to the contempt filed against me, but most damaging to our business agreement was telling me one thing and not having actions to match his words.
I had to file motions of contempt against my Ex, while Mr Ifill was “ active “ attorney, I filed to have subpoenas issued as well while he stayed “ active”. He stayed “ active” as attorney thru my ex who was court ordered to pay marital bills yet stopped doing so. Mr Ifill saw no reason to file contempt against him as he allowed the water to get turned off, the home to have not been paid for 90 days, the internet services turned off, and the electric in the house to be turned off.
I normally do not write reviews HOWEVER, Mr. Ifill is an attorney I would never use again. He is not reliable, he is not trustworthy, he is just out to make money.

Dan did what he said he would do. For my son. I couldn't of asked for a better outcome. Great Attorney. Will recommend him, and use again but I pray I never have too.
