I hired Sage as a personal yoga trainer. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable immediately. While careful not to push me beyond my capabilities, she works to enhance my capabilities by stretching me further each time. Sage is the person to go to if you are looking for a therapeutic massage. She knows how to work deep and uses many techniques to relax and stretch the muscles and soft tissue.
