Introduction: If you have found yourself searching for a therapist, it means you have taken the first step towards healing. As a licensed mental health counselor, I make it my mission to support and empower my clients in reaching goals that are important to them. We all have the ability to heal ourselves and especially at challenging times, we need guidance and assistance in doing so. I take a compassionate yet direct approach to help people identify practical solutions to life's challenges. My therapeutic repertoire allows me to draw from various modalities to best meet the needs of each individual client. Throughout my training, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, residential treatment programs, in-home therapy, and private practice. This has provided me with invaluable training in areas such as bereavement, oncology, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, infant/child mental health, educational issues, relationship challenges, depression, sexuality, and self-esteem. In addition to traditional therapy, I prefer to take a holistic approach. Your emotional, physical, and mental health are all related. Additionally, for your comfort and convenience, sessions can be held at your home or office.
