Introduction: Hello, My name is Melissa Lancaster. Are you living in the South Florida area and interested in taking your fitness journey to the next level? I have been inspiring and changing lives for over three years now. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I have worked with clients between the ages of 12-70 years old and I love training every age range equally because it is a genuine passion of mine. I have helped clients reduce their insulin intake, lower their A1C levels, reduce their need for fibromyalgia medications, rehabilitate injuries (is: torn rotator cuffs), lose weight and build lean muscle mass. Our first session will consist of a fitness assessment wherein, I will take body measurements, evaluate your mindset, discuss your goals and take you through a full body evaluation. Each and every person is unique. It is my job to personally customize and tailor fitness and meal plans specific to each of my clients. Along with my one-on-one 60 minute training sessions, I also provide customized nutrition guides and cardio regimens along with your 1 on 1 training with me. I have been working with Mel for 3 weeks and she is excellent to work with. She travels to you so I like being able to work out close to home. We meet at planet fitness and her workouts are challenging while she listens to my feedback and makes accommodations for my physical limitations. She also provides nutrition plan and actually reviews what I eat every day. She is very knowledgeable and responsive.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I pretty much have a set price, unless you train 3 or more times a week. I do offer bundles Which I discuss via text/call/email.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer 60 minutes sessions. (Mobile or gym) It is extremely important to me that you reach your goals, with that being said between warming up and down 60 minutes is ideal. 60 Minute Session $75 Group Training: (3-6) People 60 Minute Session - $20.00 per person
