Mariane did a phenomenal job helping me plan my wedding. Her and her team didn't miss any single detail. She handled my venue and worked out with them the details A-Z just like how I explained to her in the early stages of the planning and it turned out exactly how I wanted from the room set up, the layout of the tables and dance floor the linen all the way to when exactly I wanted the doors to be opened. Every single detail was taken care of and everything matched and all the hand made pieces are so unique and beautiful. The center pieces, my gorgeous bouquet, carefully hand crafted boutonniere, all the ladies on my side had beautifully made bracelet corsage's(yes! She made those too!!!!)My gift box was even decorated with her own added touch. You will not find more of a detailed oriented wedding planner that will help u execute your perfect day! Mariane and her team made sure that everything went smoothly and the timeline was followed by all my vendors and hotel staff. She was so pleasant to work with, and she also has some amazing ideas if your completely lost like I was in the beginning. She is worth every penny, you will not be disappointed! Highly highly recommend tres chic! My day was perfect because of her. I still get so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding was. Meghan, you are incredible. Not yet have there been words created to announce your spectacular presence and work ethic. I have never in my life seen someone work, sweat, and put their whole heart into ensuring, with such passion, the unmeasurable amount of energy put toward creating the most amazing event of our lives. We contacted Meghan Mayo, Owner of Key Lime Parties, and inquired her assistance in the execution of our wedding day. From the moment we all shook hands and sat down to have our first meeting, her kind and patient demeanor was impeccable. Meghan kept us on track the whole way though, meeting with us in person often, offering ideas, and even calmed us in our most stressful times along the way, within the months leading up to our special day. Her recommendations for other necessary vendors were spot on, and suggestions were right inline with what we had envisioned for our Nuptual celebration. Never once did she allow a vendor to pressure us into anything we didn’t want as she stood on the front line to deliver an incredible occasion, and even had backup plans in place in the event something unforeseeable arose, such as organizing tents to be presented and constructed within minutes had there been a passing shower, or even a downpour, which would could have soaked the entire beach front out door event. Meghan made a checklist that organized the steps necessary to follow and complete along with spacing each task in a timely and soothing manner. She took the time to work with each of us personally to make sure that the collaboration of both sides of what we had envisioned were not only possible, but combined beautifully. Communication was honest, consistent, and goal oriented. In the days leading up, there was even a glitch where the officiant was unable to perform the service, which was due to our own personal planning error. She calmly went out of her way to reach out to available qualified persons, spoke with them personally, presented us with two options that reflected our beliefs, and had it taken care of within a day. In addition, Meghan made special stops for supplies and otherwise, which went above and beyond her requirements, and never brought it to my attention if there was even anything to worry about. She supplied many of her own personal props, in order to keep our overhead low and remain on budget, right down to a last minute beer run! With tears in my eyes as i recall every moment, we are so thankful. The day before the wedding, Meghan was at the venue, stringing lights, setting up tables and chairs, supplying power outlets to their necessary destination and planning the complete setup for the following day. The day of, i was and still am, so impressed with the one-woman manpower of her incredible talent. Decorations and necessities, which were presented to her in boxes, she then unloaded and placed everything appropriately. Welcoming table and scenery were breathtakingly mounted and designed in such a fashion that I could have never come up with myself. It was a beautiful arrangement. The most noteworthy trait of all, however, is her personality. Such a joy to be around, and a pleasure to work with. Ill never forget the moment when the ladies were all getting ready in the suite, and she came running up the stairs, in the middle of the outdoor set up, to make sure we had everything we needed, and even remembered my cocktail of choice, which she brought and already had chilled for us to enjoy as we had our hair and makeup done! Not only was i the bride, but Meghan made sure i felt like one. Though she only had minutes after her entire morning of hard work, she looked wonderful as she guided us to our path, gave us our cues, and orchestrated our ceremony to perfection. At the reception, my husband and i were served our dinners and cocktails, and even had plates brought to our room to eat after. Every detail was handled gracefully and respectfully. Thank you, Meghan Mayo, Key Lime Parties, for everything. Having you as our coordinator was by far the BEST decision made to ensure a PERFECT wedding day. I could go on forever about how honored we are to have you on our team. We wish you the very best, and HIGHLY recommend your services to everyone who wants their event to be as special as ours. I'm so happy someone told me to download thumbtack. I work crazy hours and needed someone to just deal and handle everything. The venue I wanted was a beach venue and hadn't had a wedding yet (so they had no clue about times, order etc). I started freaking out and attended a work event hosted by Daly at Go2Girl then I saw she was on thumbtack so I reached out to her. Anyhow she took all my Pinterest pins and scatter brain notes and made my wedding dreams come true (I wish I found her sooner so I didn't have all that stress I was dealing with) She's great with time lines and dealing with vendors

    Natalie and her team are nothing short of 5 stars! Natalie is much more than just a photographer, she provides all sorts of event/wedding services. As a bride there were a couple last minute things that I didn't have anyone to help me with and Natalie stepped in and get everything set up for me without a hitch. She did my Photo Booth, all the photography together with her husband, and set up for my afterparty. She even drove all the way to the venue the week before to review the grounds and understand what I needed help with. The photos were great, captured so many great moments and good quality. They arrived just days after the event. For the price and professionalism you can't ask for anything better. Thanks for everything Natalie!

      Laura did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. She communicated with me every step of the way, and organized a wedding weekend that was better than anything I could have imagined, or done on my own.       Mrs. Verlinda was my event planner for my baby shower. This was my 1st baby and I wanted something small and intimate between my friends and family. I explain to her what I wanted how I wanted it and I know I was probably the hardest person to please, but I can honestly say Mrs V came through for me! She and her husband decorated the place so beautifully that when I walked in my mouth was to the floor. It was everything I imagined it to be and more. I highly recommend her to any and everyone.

      I really don't know what I would have done without Lizzie on our wedding day. Let me start off by saying that I was very particular with how I wanted our wedding day to feel and look. Lizzie was our champion from the start. She was our day coordinator but I would have given my right arm to have been able to have her there from the beginning. From dealing with the venue to vendors to the church and making sure we were always where we needed to be - she seemlessly did it all. Honestly something may have caught on fire and we would have never known it. She acted as our liaison between vendors. She even contacted them prior to our event making sure everything was set in order and that everyone was on the same page. In addition she was our buffer during the wedding so that way were weren't peppered with questions and could enjoy ourselves. All of our vendors loved her! We seriously could not have pulled off the wedding we always wanted if it weren't for her.
