Faye is a wonderful yoga teacher. She is bright, positive and encouraging. She provides suggestions for modifying poses, which makes her classes valuable for all levels of practice. Her joyful personality shines through in her Zoom sessions. After one of Faye’s classes, I have a wonderful feeling of calm, paired with energy and clarity to keep me inspired until the next class!

Faye is very attentive and professional. Being new to Pilates, her visual demonstrations were quite helpful in understanding the Pilate moves on the reformer. Excited to work with her in the coming weeks ahead.

I have been going to Faye Rose's "Delicious Yoga" for a little over a year now. I thoroughly look forward to this one hour a week, as it melts my daily stresses away. Through focused breath, poses that help increase energy in both body and mind, and stretches to my personal "delicious", I leave Faye's class feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to face the minutia of daily life! Faye exudes warmth, positivity, and peace throughout the class, making you feel grounded and relaxed. I would recommend Faye's yoga class for all ages and all levels!

Faye is a wonderful instructor and will take her time to really teach and refine the proper techniques for yoga and Pilates. She is always open and receptive to questions. Can’t say enough good things about her approach to teaching!
