Introduction: I provide yoga for special, fun and fluid transitions through various postures. Intensity blends throughout the class with pranayama (breath), total body integration, and creative sequencing of traditional and nontraditional postures.
The focus of my practices with my clients is to maintain presence and purpose. Ultimately, balance is achieved through the aspect of introspection and relaxation. I work with all ages; it doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, together we can find a flow that is right for your body and your needs.
