Kenny is undoubtedly an expert in the field and genuinely cares to work with you towards your goal. He pushes to work at the best of your ability, while focusing on proper form and breathing techniques without sustaining an injury. His responsiveness is immediate to a couple of hours and always punctual, sitting there ready to go as promptly as you walk in. Furthermore, his professionalism is uncanny, but also the type of mentor where you can swap jokes with or give a hug when needing that support. I was a novice with barely to little experience in fitness. He has exposed and undertook something intimidating to what is now vital to our exercise routines- weight training. Individually I have developed muscle in areas that never imagined could, became stronger and more toned, and grown in volume in regions of the body (that was part of my goal before coming in). I continue looking forward to the progress we make and heartily recommend Kenny for whomever want to start and improve their fitness journey.Sep 28, 2018VerifiedKenny K.'s reply
Thank you Theresa for your comments. I am enjoying our sessions and proud of the progress I have seen not only in your strength, but in your confidence handling the weights as well as the positive changes in your body through muscle definition and size. Keep up the hard work!
Kenny is a no frills trainer who will get you results. If you’re looking for a bunch of metrics and macros and tracking sheets and fitness trends, seek elsewhere. Kenny will put a routine together for you based on proven systems. He pays attention to your performance and modifies and adjusts as needed. He’s not a “ra ra ra” type of trainer, but you’ll feel confident he’s pushing you to do the most you can without getting you injured. I saw a 40% increase in my bench press in three months. Would recommend.Sep 3, 2018Verified

I am very happy with my workouts. Kenny helps me build muscles and watches over me to make sure I am doing exercises right and that I am not cheating. That really makes me confident in what I am doing and I see progress after each session.Jan 18, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients will go through an initial consultation where we will sit down and talk about fitness goals (short term and long term). We will also talk about their current diet and make any necessary changes to match their fitness goals. We'll discuss any injuries, medications, limitations etc that they might have. Lastly, we will go through a short fitness test to assess their fitness level, and determine the proper starting point that matches their level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Being certified through National Federation of Professional Trainers, I have to complete two continuing education courses each year in order to keep my certifications. This keeps me relevent and current with the latest techniques in helping people reach their fitness goals.
