When I came to Thumbtack seeking a new bootcamp trainer for our group I didn't set my expectations too high. And sure enough, Ave more than exceeded any expectation I could have set. She's an awesome trainer and really knows her craft. She's wicked on-time and very inspiring and motivational. I couldn't have found a better trainer who's not afraid to tell it like it is and give us the workout we need for the best results. I would highly recommend her for any personal training needs.
Jim Gibson is an excellent fitness trainer, motivator and coach. Before we started Jim took the time to understand my fitness goals and then proceeded to put together a training regime that included balance, muscle tone and stamina. Jim also conducts a weekly boot camp which adds fun to fitness. I highly recommend Jim to anyone considering a personal fitness trainer.
He goes a step beyond your typical boot camp session. You leave his workshops learning more about the dos/dont's of workouts. You can tell that he's passionate about his craft.
Bad booty boot camp is an amazing experience. I thought I was in great shape regularly doing p90x, insanity, and playing basketball. But she rocks and busts your balls like no other! I have never been more spent but energized! Wow
RC ensures that his clients are motivated, well informed and challenged each time you are with him. Each workout I am getting stronger and closer to my goals. I am not one for working out, but with RC I actually enjoy my workouts. Go and see him. Its worth it!

Very professional! I got an answer and initial offer very quick and the whole "kick-off" process went very smooth and in a timely matte. Keith and his team were super flexible about meeting and training place, etc. I felt that I was advised really well and honest( e.g. form of training, frequency, food, etc.) As far as the actual training, I have done many boot camps gyms, yoga and cycling classes but I can say this training is awesome, feels very effective, keeps me motivated and fun! I ts been over a week and I already notice a difference! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape!
My husband and I love it!! I have been attending classes with Total Body Results for six years and it is the best small group training class in the area. No doubt! Julia and her trainers have high energy and provide workouts that are challenging and different every time I attend class. Julia has endless knowledge about the body and nutrition and has helped me reach my health goals and maintain them. And she is always available and willing to help. The classes are fun and I have seen many amazing results with other clients in the program. I would highly recommend this workout program to anyone who hates the gym and is looking for a fun way to work out. We have all ages, sizes and abilities and we are a fabulous fitness family that love new members!
I've attended several of the Fit Camps run by Anna. She is sure that everyone there understands the exercise at each of the stations by demonstrating and pointing out correct body positions and alignments necessary to gain ultimate results safely. She also suggests alternative moves to increase gains or allow for easier workout for beginners. She is extremely supportive and encouraging to all participants! I strongly recommend joining her workouts!
TMBC is awesome!!!.i love how Allison targets your problem areas and helps design a workout that suits all of your needs..She is motivational and for me has broke me out of my shell..within a couple of weeks i have seen my body transform and my self confidence and esteem is much more positive. This camp works at all levels which helped me even more because now i am doing things i never dreamed i can do....i highly recommend this camp ladies so come check it out and get to gettin..u wont be disappointed ...
I guess I've been "lucky" to have been thin for most of my life. When I turned 47, things changed. Early menopause was not my friend! Lumps and bumps and as I call it, this layer of "splooge" appeared. I couldn't get rid of it. People told me to get used to it. So, I did. 2 years later, I met Dianne!! My friend, Rita Love, insisted that I join her boot camp. Dianne welcomed me! Her knowledge in nutrition, health, and working out is incredible. I have osteo arthritis and a bulging disc in my neck, I used this as an excuse to avoid exercising. Guess what? Dianne has shown me that I can still safely work out and movement is actually good for my issues. Trying to eat healthy is sometimes difficult while traveling. I'm an international flight attendant. Customs and immigration doesn't allow fruits and meats. I gave Dianne every excuse I could think of to bail out on her program.well, she busted me on every one!! She created a wonderful way for me to work out in my hotel rooms! Thanks to Dianne, I've lost 9 inches total(splooge is gone)!! I've lost 13 pounds and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in!! I just had a physical. I've been lucky in that department as well, but now the numbers are even better!! 50 is next month and I can't wait!!
