After one session with Sandee the pain went from a 10 to a 1.. My range of motion improved and my mental state.. It's cliche but without my health I have nothing.. Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. She definitely deserves all 5 of these stars!

Josh is an excellent fitness coach! Since I travel significantly on business I was looking for someone who could coach not only while at home in Sarasota, but also while on the road. Josh has an excellent ability to frame exercise so that I can still obtain a solid workout even if the hotel fitness center isn't the best. Also, when in Sarasota, working out with Josh at the park is a nice option to joining the gym. Josh focuses on high-intensity training which I like -- additionally, Josh knows his nutrition so the ability to include exercise with healthy eating tips is always an interesting discussion. Finally, Josh makes me feel like I'm his only client -- he will send an SMS the day after a hard workout to see how I'm doing. And while traveling he will check-in to see if I have any questions regarding the recommended routine. I've really enjoyed working with Josh as his business professionalism is excellent and his friendly personality along with his enthusiasm regarding fitness is contagious. Thanks to Josh for getting me back into a healthy fitness routine!
Great workout! Chris was awesome she makes you feel comfortable and coaches you if you are doing something incorrectly which I love, I've come across other fitness studios that do not do this and this is so important when working out. I highly recommend trying Studio Physique.
I'm very thankful for Ave. She has managed to meet me where I am while at the same time pushing me. That is a delicate balance to strike and she does it well. Not all personal trainers are able to work well with someone with injuries or other health issues. She can!
I was already in decent shape and had a good amount of fitness knowledge when I worked with Shane but who doesn’t need a coach? Shane was able to help me develop a plane and attack muscles and my goals in a different way than I had been doing which gave me considerable gains, weight loss and a better understanding of my body. Shane and I work together off and on and I’ll continue to have him as my “trainer” moving forward because of the knowledge and work ethic he brings to the table! Thanks Shane! When I first met Dr. Kim I weighed 210 pounds, had a 39 inch waistline and the Type 2 Diabetes was way out of control. After listening to her advice and following her recommendations I lost 50 pounds and my waist line dropped to 32 inches. This took 6 months of steady progress and during that time the Diabetes and blood sugar that was really out of control became more and more towards normal. My A1c blood sugar went from 9.1 to 6.5 and I was feeling great. There were many more improvements to my health:all due to Dr. Kim's advice and help. I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Tania has been coaching me for 3, maybe 4 years now for my time management, relationships, stress and anger management. Tania works with you so you can understand how to go through the motions. She will no do any work for you , but what she will do is hold you accountable for your actions. She is a blessing in disguise. She can give you tough love when you need it but she has a nurturing personality. She also works out payment plans as well. God only knows I needed it at the time. It's good to have someone on your side that works with you. She does take her time to get to know you so you're not another paycheck to her. She genuinely cares.
