Introduction: I'm Doug Socia, a 3rd generation roofing contractor. In 1964 my grandfather Henry Stanley began Stanley Roofing. I was nine years old when I went to work as a helper in 1975. In 1989 I opened my own roofing company with the blessing of my family. In the year 2016 I'm 50 years old and still loving what I do! When anyone has a leak that it seems no one can solve, I love to be the guy who CAN solve it! I love to be "the old guy" these days, to be the "hero" who can solve leak problems. I'm hired by other companies to use my expertise and experience to do just that. Roofing is what I love to do! Thank you for allowing me to bid on your project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free detailed estimate with proof of license, insurance and references. I like to submit my bid in person to all my future clients. I take the old school mom and pop approach to business.

Forty years plus experience.
