- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves with our low pressure sales tactics. A person from our design team will reach out to you to get more specifics about your project. We will then set a time for a consultation at your home to get additional information and a chance for you to meet us. We then submit a proposal and discuss it with you. We are striving to build a partnership with each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation and sales professionals adhere to the highest standards set by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
