    Bill was very timely. He immediately responded to my reach out requesting a quote. He also was quickly able to get in for the inspection. We contacted him on Saturday, and he was there by Monday at 1:30PM. It only took 24 hours to receive our inspection report back. The inspection report was thorough and also included pictures which was very helpful. I would reccomend Bill to anyone looking for a home inspection in the Naples area.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    Please check out my website. Click on price list link at the top of page. If you have any questions, call me anytime.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    I make contact and set up an inspection time. I explain my inspection method and all the areas that I inspect. The use the standards of practice and code of ethics from The National Association of Certified Inspectors. The report is emailed to the customer within 36-48 hours. If needed a report can be sent quicker. The customer can then call me with any questions about the report.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    A former termite inspector and new home sales. A huge selection of continuing education from NACHI. The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I've performed over 3.000 various types of home inspections.
