Nick came to my home office to check and make sure it was my video card in my iMac that was the problem and proceeded to research my particular video card and found that it was a recall from Apple. I would have expected Apple to send out a notification sometime in the three years since I bought my computer but they hadn't. Nick found a website and was able to get connected to a live person which is a tough thing to do when you're equipment is out of warranty!
I left town for business for a few days and when I came back I was very happy to see my desktop again, fixed and ready to get back to work.
Nick is a very professional and courteous person and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of personal computer tech services.

I wanted to set up two monitors to use with one computer so that there was more room to work on separate programs. Nick listened to what I wanted, went out to pick up parts that were needed and installed everything the way I wanted. Everything worked out well and now I can view more information at the same time.

My computer got a virus which took over the screen and wouldn't allow me to access the computer. This company came out to my house right away and took care of the problem. Much better than having to disconnect the computer and bring it into a shop. Thank you Technology SOS.

I bought a new computer and needed all my data and programs moved over. Nick came out the day after I called him and got everything set up. He installed anti virus on the new one and answered a few questions. Thanks for the help

I constantly have viruses on my laptop but SOS cleaned it up and gave me great advice on what not to do and I've had no problems ever since. Very prompt & professional service.
