I had seen and heard accolades if this painter's work and ethics from my neighbors. It was all true. He was flexible in the addition of work items and fit it into less time than I had originally allocated. Just be sure to understand if your job will require 2 or 3 coats-as that changes timing and cost.

Home for sale needed to be cleaned up and repairs done after tenants vacated. Demetrios worked fast and did a great job!

I hired Jeremy to install approximately 2000sqft of bamboo flooring, do some sheet rock repairs and to paint all the interior walls of my home. Jeremy is a good painter, and did a nice job on the repairs. My biggest complaint was the amount of plaster dust that was spread throughout my home, and some random paint drips that should have been removed when they happened. Jeremy also did a nice job on the floors except for the transitions between rooms and a one inch square cutout in one of the floor boards, in my entryway! This cutout was not discovered until the morning after Jeremy finished all his work, since he had hidden it under a box of excess flooring claiming the transition needed weight to help the glue set. When the box was removed we found the hole. Now, we have to find a way to remove the glue from the transition so the one board can be removed, re-cut and replaced. Jeremy should have fixed this problem BEFORE gluing the transition down over it! Instead he chose to hide it so he could get paid and leave. I contacted Jeremy and am still waiting for a response. Jeremy claims to stand behind his work, I am waiting for him to honor that.
