- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay updated by certifying in quickbooks each year. I am also involved in national initiatives to train end users and in the process I learn what people want.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
QuickBooks Setup, Training, and Consulting. Please that just got started with QuickBooks or have been using it for years and need refresher/consulting on getting better.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find an accountant that knows accounting AND quickbooks very well.
