Before hiring a personal trainer from Svetness I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. My trainer knows how to keep the workouts interesting and when it's boring it's not effective. Svetness know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. My trainer, George, took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals and then developed a carefully planned routine.

I have been in this fitness program for about 5 months and have done Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Zumba, spinning, water cardio, kickbox cardio, total body conditioning, boot camp conditioning, HIIT interval training, cardio intervals, and core N more. All trainers are highly qualified and committed and devote enough time to each student to make sure we are getting a proper workout and doing everything correctly. This is a superb program and I highly recommend it to everyone who is seeking to get fit and who needs to motivation to workout. I have lost 8 lbs and toned my body. I feel healthier and full of energy everyday. And get this, you can take as many classes as you want for $69 for month. Can you beat that?

In just 4 short months of joining Daniel's boot camp class, he has helped me lose nearly 20 pounds and over 30 inches! I've lost fat and gained muscle. It's a great feeling when you start to see muscle definition. Daniel pushes you to work hard and is very encouraging. My whole perspective on working out has changed and I look forward to every session. He has also been very helpful with the nutrition aspect of becoming healthier. I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer. He's excellent at what he does and he's a great person!

Whew.... What a workout! Cedricks boot camp was outstanding, since I was a bootcamp rookie I was afraid that it would be a lot of yelling and torture but that was not the case. His approach was not pushy but very motivational ,and he even got down on the ground to help me complete my sit-ups. His assistant was very pleasant and encouraging as well. All in all my first bootcamp experience was not the nightmare I envisioned but instead it was rather dreamy!!!!! Thanks Cedrick!

No exercise routine has kept me motivated and consistent like Nexxtgen has. Franky (owner) not only offers personal training at a much more affordable price in comparison to most gyms but also recommends the right supplements to help you reach your personal fitness goals. My favorite part is that it's a great place with awesome people also as into their own fitness as I have learned to be passionate about mine. Love Nexxt Gen! You should definitely check it out. They also offer boot camp on Satursay mornings if you're interested in a weekly intense fast paced work out!

The first day I met Sophia I knew working with her would be life-changing for me. Sophia takes an incredibly individual and personal approach to each client. She has worked with both me and my husband, with incredibly successful results. Her knowledge of the human body, how it works, how to get the most out of it is quite remarkable. More than that, the detail, the creativity to change it up, evolve and tailor make a strategy for results is mind boggling. Most importantly, she is a life coach, a cheerleader and somehow manages to get you to do things beyond your comfort zone. I started training with Khair back in Oct. 2013. I was seeking a trainer after losing 30 lbs (7 months) down from 210 lbs (Size 18 to Size 12) on healthy eating alone. I was worried about returning to a gym...because although I was once athletic, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Then came Khair and in 3 months I've lost another 15 lbs (Size 8). I'm now able to wear small sizes again! I feel great, healthy, toned and stronger! Khair is positive, knowledgable and attentive to one's body mechanics to ensure injuries are of no worry. He provides diet guidance too! His knowledge on body mechanics is huge for me because I have a problematic left knee and shoulder and yet I felt safe and constantly challenged. I trust him so much we have him working now with our disabled son who just had a major back surgery and our 16 yr old son loves his workouts and is gaining the strength to walk with greater improvements! He's a life changer! And now I'm working towards goals to improve my athletic level. So from couch potato to a fitness fanatic...he can help you at ANY stage! I'm able to run a mile in 8 mins, my core is stonger, and im participating in boot camps with no hesitations. The hardest part wasn't saying yes to Khair because he's worth it!! The hardest part was actually saying yes to me. I highly recommend Khair!

Started coming here recently & I'm very happy. Kamil, our trainer, is very knowledgable about proper form & great work outs to not only keep you motivated but keep your body guessing & that way you are guaranteed to loose fat & gain muscle. In other words, get fit, lean & quick (as long as you also maintain a proper diet. In others words, don't run out to Shake Shack after). It's nice to be outside in the park & they provide you with all the equipment from kettle balls, to jump ropes, even a set up of dumb bells. He changes it up every work out. What I appreciate the most about our trainer is that he is a certified paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble, he can spot it right away & help you out. For example, my first session, that day I ate very little carbs & we had an extremely intense but great leg work out (I was sore for several days after). Kamil was able to sense that I was not feeling well & I mentioned I was dizzy. He asked me my symptoms & immediately told me what to do to recover right away. He explained why it happened & how to avoid it. There are 2 sessions to choose from. 1 sessions starts at 6:30-7:30pm then another from 8-9pm. There's talk about another session starting at 5:30. The classes are also from Monday-Thursday so if you come all 4 days, you have 3 days to recover. (Again avoid those burger & fries during your exercise free days. No point in working so hard to loose weight to ruin it over the weekend.) Kamil also stays connected with you via text & on rainy days he informs you where to meet. I was also happy to be able to pay him using pay pal since its easier for me that way. You won't be disappointed coming here. Every one is very nice & of all levels. From really amazing in shape bad ass girls & a few guys to your beginner like me. Your first session is free so give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've been working out with Claudette for almost two years; she's my personal trainer and boot camp instructor. She has a wealth of knowledge about body dynamics and makes sure all moves are done correctly and safely. She is always adding new exercises, so workouts are challenging, and fun. The results I've experienced have been amazing...added strength, muscle definition, weight loss, and I just generally feel so much better and more confident about myself. I would recommend Claudette to anyone looking for a great trainer and consistent results; she can work with any age client and any fitness level, from teenager to senior, from beginner to advanced...with awesome results.

I can't say enough good things about Weston Training Center and Robert Zawlocki! I started training with Robert 3 1/2 years ago and can honestly say that he has transformed me not only physically but mentally as well. I am stronger now at 50+ than I have ever been as an adult and feel a mental calmness and clarity that I attribute to my regular workout habit that I have been able to maintain for all of this time because I enjoy it so much! He started us on this seven week "New Year, New You" Challenge to lose weight and get stronger and has done so much to not only ensure our success on the challenge but post-challenge as well! In addition to daily boot camp sessions, weekly running and physical challenges, they have given us cooking demonstrations, grocery store tours and guest lecturers so that we can know how to eat right to maintain our weight loss and physical gains thru healthier eating habits going forward. I know of no other gym that does this for their clients! They live what they teach and their passion shows in everything that they do. I had the pleasure of working out along side with Marcella while we did Insanity together and I got some personal training with her at boot camp sessions. She's a great girl and very easy to get along with. She is such an inspiration to me and someone I look up to for fitness advice. She knows what she's doing and she's very dedicated.
