I love to hear the customer expectations and ideas of the type of food they want for them and their guests. I always try to customize everyones event. So the more information I get the more inspired I get to personalize my customers experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be honest food has been a passion to me for years. I enjoy it and every time I heard someone say they enjoy my food, I just had to act. I learn from the best, my mom, some things you are just born with. I would love to just share with you.
