- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Offer Competitive pricing with our Flat Rate Pricing structure! Also, we provide you with the repair or replacement cost before any work starts, that way you can make the best decision that fits your needs. We believe in being 100% transparent, so what that means is that every service has different situations which lead to different pricing. Your A/C system may need specialized attention or special parts that could vary from other A/C systems, So when you choose an HVAC contactor its best to have them evaluate you A/C first and recommend the best Repair or Replacement option for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you get in touch with us, One of our friendly staff members will set an appointment that best fits your schedule and our available schedule. Most of the time we arrive at your home within 1 to 2 hours after you scheduled an appointment with us unless you chose a later appointment to meet your schedule. We send text notifications when the technician is on his way, when he arrives he will place shoe covers over his shoes before entering your home to protect your floors from damage or dirt. Our technician will go over a series of questions to get a better understanding of what problems you may be having, he will then have you lead him to where your A/C equipment is located and he will begin to diagnosis your A/C system. Once he is finished he will go over what needs to be repaired, give you a price on repair or replacement and once you agree to the price quoted he will make the repairs on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We Have been in the industry for over a decade, that means we have had countless training through all the major brands! Like Trane-Rheem-Carrier-York-Goodman-Lennox-American Standard-Ruud- and more. We believe its best to get the proper training from the manufacturer that way we can guarantee our work! And because we have that training we are able to provide a 2-year warranty on all of our service work!
