- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is given before the technician performs the repair. We are fair and have a 30 day warranty on repairs. A 1 year labor warranty on all system replacements. We have a good relationship with our local vendors to get good pricing that we can pass along to the consumer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is we find out what requirements their building has (if any) and we provide items. All new customers are COD. If a commercial property would like to have billable payment terms a credit application must be filled out and approved prior to service (service can be provided immediately if COD).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are referred from the local unions (725, 728, 349). The technicians go through a 5 year apprenticeship training and hold their local licenses.
