I had the pleasure of having Herbert install my garbage disposal - it was a super complex matter and one I labeled a “f**k show” 😬😬😬 I understood quickly why no one had put in a disposal in this house because of how complex a job it was given the split sinks & the height of the unit & other factors. He did an incredible job, went above and beyond, AND, the dishwasher hose had been broken by a prior tenant which meant we needed a new part we didn’t have and he made sure he still could get the part and get it done in the same day — was super friendly, I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home, alone as a young woman, (I’ve had bad experiences in the past so this is important to me) — and he got the disposal up and running and made sure to check for leaks, tightened a faucet, even checked my AC unit all while he was here. He went above and beyond and I 100% would hire him again in a heartbeat as well as recommend him to friends & family ! When you find a company like this, it’s a gold ticket because you know you have someone you trust for any jobs that come up around your home ! Whooooop whooooop ! 10-10 best experience I’ve had off ThumbTack! Thank you Herbert!

5 years ago, my shower was originally installed with a wrong pitch by another company. This caused the water in my shower to drain poorly. Stew came to assess the project and provided me with a very good cost for repair. Once he began repairing the issue he determined the shower had major issues due to the poor installation by the previous company. Stew made repairs and preventative measures to ensure my shower was not only draining properly but he also made repairs to bring my shower up to code. Stew was thorough and great to work with. I will definitely be using R&S Facility Services for future home projects in the very near future!

We are contacted by the customer we go out to do a quote and see the specifics we provide a written quote the customer excepts the quote we take the 50% deposit we start the work once the deposit is received

I have a diploma military logistics I spent a number of years in the army and worked with the engineer in court I also have a degree in business and a degree in material and supply building construction from Norfolk State University
