There is not one thing I would change about Jon’s performance. As someone who knows little about computers I never felt stupid. He was so professional with the perfect blend of showing that I was working with a person. Just like having a conversation with a friend. I waited until I had a chance to work on the repaired/updated computer before I wrote this review. I now have Jon’s information in my contacts. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Consumers pay a flat fee, no matter how long we take fixing your system. Business customers pay hourly, as it's more cost-effective for them to have us working on multiple systems at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. We conduct a brief interview to thoroughly understand your problem and use of the equipment. 2. We establish a secure remote connection and run various diagnostic tools and manually check your computer for causes of the problem. 3. We take action to remove the malicious software or fix your problem in ways that promote system longevity and responsiveness. 3. We'll explain to you what caused it and how you can prevent it from happening in the future. 4. Only after the service is done and you're satisfied is when you pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 9 years of experience with computer software and repair, if it can be fixed, we'll do it.
