Jon was great. I just needed someone who knew more about computers than I do to help me clean out and unclutter my MacBook. Local repair shops wanted me to leave the computer with them for up to a week. Jon worked with me remotely and managed to clear out about 40 GBs of junk in an hour on a Saturday morning, leaving me with some much needed extra space and a faster computer. He was helpful and courteous, working with me to identify what needed to be kept and what could be deleted. Definitely worth what I paid (which wasn’t a lot).

There is not one thing I would change about Jon’s performance. As someone who knows little about computers I never felt stupid.     Consumers pay a flat fee, no matter how long we take fixing your system. Small Business customers pay hourly, as it's more cost-effective for them to have us working on multiple systems at the same time.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. We conduct a brief interview to thoroughly understand your problem and use of the equipment. 2. We establish a secure remote connection and run various diagnostic tools and manually check your computer for causes of the problem. 3. We take action to remove the malicious software or fix your problem in ways that promote system longevity and responsiveness. 3. We'll explain to you what caused it and how you can prevent it from happening in the future. 4. Only after the service is done and you're satisfied is when you pay.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over 9 years of experience with computer software and repair, if it can be fixed remotely, we'll do it.
