I was disappointed in the service. Gary was not especially responsive to my calls, texts or e-,mails, or to my son, who is the person that recommended him. I was told he could help me with "anything," and maybe he can, but he did not. He charged me $200 to install new hardware, but left me to figure out how to configure my PC, download, and put it back the way in which I was accumstomed, without any direction from him, even after reaching out to him numerous times. Contrary to his business card that says, "tired of getting ripped off by Big Box Store," my experience with him left me feeling exactly that way!

We are a flat rate service. We only charge $97 for the repair. Regardless of how complicated to service or how long it takes its always just $97. Parts are extra.

We contact the new customer immediately and schedule a service call within an hour.
