- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system, My fees are all Flat fees no matter how long the job takes. The fee is according to the job needed and parts if any will be priced at regular pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an IT engineer I do attend school to keep up with latest developments and changes in technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers have been part of my life, In middle school and I compete in computer competions and our group of 3 won first place on two of them, My main role was to protect our files and program code from been seen or decoded. Ever since I loved computing and I decided to use my knowledge to make a living and help others solve their problems.
