- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Generally, we charge $25 per hour, with a $50 minimum, but we're very flexible. Parts are additional, of course. If you just need a part, price will depend on our source and how soon you need it(if we don't already have it in stock). Labor may be waived depending on work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we get to the heart of the problem by listening: What is wrong? When did it go wrong and when do you need it fixed? Then, we take some basic info; if possible we'll provide an estimate, get on task and notify you along the way until the job is done. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Byron is A+ Certified and is currently enrolled in courses for CCNA and SQL Dalva is working on her A+ Certification, but has been repairing and building PC's for at least 10 years.
