- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable. Each project depending on its size merits its own approach. We always layout a plan and provide a reasonable cost estimate. Customers need to authorize any additional charges if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud to have on staff several qualified technicians holding different industry certifications, like A+, N+, Security+ and more. We also count amongst us computer engineers and computer programmers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Technology is my passion. Since High School, I have helped friends and family members discover the wonders of tech.
