Introduction: Ayandeh Law takes the guessing out of what to do when a loved one gets arrested or simply after you get a ticket.
I keep you apprised of what’s going on in your case. My goal is to work to recover the best results for your situation. If you have a criminal matter or a personal injury case you do not have to deal with legal secretaries or paralegals. You have direct access to me. Allow me to help you in your time of need. Payment plans are always an option.
I guarantee hard work and results not promises and dream selling when reviewing your case. You are in good hands which will guide you, the client, to the results you deserve! As a former prosecutor I tried 100’s of cases and am not shy or afraid to go to trial if the case warrants it.
I am quick to respond and will never keep you in the dark. I handle criminal matters, traffic citations, and personal injury matters. My practice is diverse in the areas I am knowledgeable in because I work hard.
If you have a ticket, I will go to court for you and my goal is to have it dismissed. If not, I ask the Judge to set it for trial and make the Officer price his case. You do not, in most civil traffic cases, have to appear in court. In a criminal traffic matter I can waive your presence. My prices are reasonable because my clients are my number one priority.
I have been successful in getting 90% of DUI cases resolved to lesser charges. DUI’s always remain on your record so hire an attorney that will fight it, not just take your money and make you take a plea!
I have the same work ethic when it comes to criminal cases. My retainer is $1500.00 on all criminal cases. I get to work pre-case filing, I don’t take your retainer money and sit back and wait for the case to be filed as-is. I try to get it downfiled or resolved to lesser charges if the State Attorney’s Office does want to proceed with charges.
Same with domestic violence cases. I am able to get the majority of domestic violence cases dropped by the State either through pre-filing work that I do, or getting you into a program where the State will eventually drop the charges after successfully completing the requirements.
