- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Check, Cash, Money order/cashier's check or Wire transfer. The consultation is free if I am retained. I offer early pay 10% discount if paid in full every month. I bill my time and send a statement of time expended each month so you know when your retainer is going to be exhausted in advance, if at all. I copy my clients on every document that comes in or goes out of my office. My paralegal does much of the discovery and drafting at a reduced rate of $100.00 per hour. I do charge a flat fee for uncontested divorces and agreements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend continuing education every every January. I attend both the matrimonial lawyers certification and review course for two days in Tampa/Orlando as well as the Raising the Bar Family Law Update and others each year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to argue.
