- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair priced. Never do I "Gouge" or squeeze out last dollar. I know what fair is. If you want me to shop for your Fans I expect to be paid for my time. Same with doors and tile and all the things you should know that you want. I have suggestions but you live there! I can take credit cards !! Thanks Larry
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is different. I like to have a conversion and see what they are looking to accomplish. Then I advise on how to best achieve that goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years ,University, B.A., Real Estate, Law. Put myself though school Painting and repairing homes. Farming in Ky. also. Accounting major? I hated it went back to painting and fixing homes. My Father was a Farmer and Painter, He took me to work. Started painting scrap stuff at 5 years old. By 8 was a good hand. Run a job at 15. Punch Out work In Multi-Million Dollar home developments. I painted a 3-4,000 square ft homes., 1 a week for 20 years. Really big ones took a month. 50 years Pro experience
