9 am appt. At 9:30 called to get status. "Be there in less than 1/2 hour." As i got off the phone at 11 yo cancel the tech Finally showed up and was visibly upset that I canceled. I explained that if he had called to say he was going to be late I could have changed my schedule. But, he didn't seem to understand or care.

Hello Mark G. my records indicate that I received an email that said you wanted to hire us for the job but that was our last correspondence. My son and I are the only ones that would schedule any jobs. Neither one of has scheduled a job via Thumbtack in over six months. I requested from you the name and telephone number of the person you spoke to and as of today have not received any information from you. Please send me the requested information so I can resolve this. We pride ourselves in providing quality service and being there as scheduled. I look forward in hearing from you soon.
