- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can get the best rate on the project by providing many pictures of all the areas/items that need to be fixed, installed or painted. A video can be also very helpful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on all information and pictures provided we try to give you the most accurate price estimate. Then, we schedule time to start the work that works for you. After all the work is done based on your expectations, you can pay by Zelle, cash or check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of experience on large construction projects working for companies and later on decided to open up our own business as a self-employed handyman.
