have used hurricane twice. both times, the guys were prompt an professional, but writing to talk about the integrity and professionalism of the team and in particular, Jay Torres. Had an issue with my door again and felt it should be covered. Not knowing exactly what the issue was, Jay naturally thought it wasn't connected to their prior work. Needless to say, I was less than pleasant, and Jay couldn't have been more patient and professional. Upon supplying him with the written work orders, Jay fixed the door @ no cost. Very impressed with the operation and would use again (but hopefully won't have to)
