Introduction: I am a hands-on general contractor with over twenty-five successful years in the construction industry with experience in managing a multitude of projects in various occupancy groups. I'm successful in creating effective communication between personnel, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors in industrial, commercial, and residential aspects of the industry. I have proven a high level of efficiency at finding cost-effective solutions and directing different trades to the various challenges that arise during a project with hands-on experience in every aspect of the industry.
