Definitely worth it. I have noticed huge differences with my body since I began their program. And their facility is huge for a personal training studio. They offer different prices depending on what you want to do. All their fitness trainers are experienced, certified and even have degrees in this field. You don't see that level of experience often. If you want the best fitness training at an affordable rate, definitely give them a call!!!
I can I explain the appreciation for anna! Not only is she helping me get fit, she also motivates you! You can see the results after the first session not even exaggerating! It's unbelievable!!! The one on one sessions at her home gym which is fully equipped and welcoming are the best! I have never had a personal trainer before her and I've been to the gym but the trainers there do not seem to care much for their bodies. On the other hand, anna gives me work outs which she does herself and has videos to show me how the exercises are supposed to be done. She has a lot of patience and is willing to give all her knowledge if you're willing to put in the effort!! Best decision I have ever taken!!
Awesome experience all around! After my post on Thumbtack Corey reached out to me. He was not pushy and did not try to get me in a gym or with a trainer the next day. He took the time to get to know me, and what I needed from a trainer before having me meet anyone. After talking to me and understanding my goals he matched me with my trainer Alex who is great and was also not pushy. I immediately felt comfortable with Alex. Hes a pleasure to work with, tough, skilled, and knowledgeable. He motivates and encourages you to get through the workouts. He pays attention to strengths and weaknesses. Modifies workouts where needed. I feel like Alex is invested in getting me where I want to be in the limited time that I can commit.
I started training with Julian 8 weeks ago. Not only am I reaching my personal fitness goals, I am learning how to exercise better! Julian is one of the most professional trainers I've worked with, his attention to detail and enthusiasm have kept the sessions challenging, but also fun.

I have had many trainers. Bentley was the best by far. He listened to me and delivered. All I ever wanted was pretty arms. I workout a lot on my own and look good. I take pride in that. Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . He is the reason I dropped 15 pounds in the short time we were together . I have had many trainers in my life and I have never met Anyone like Riccardo . Before hiring a personal trainer from Svetness I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. My trainer knows how to keep the workouts interesting and when it's boring it's not effective. Svetness know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. My trainer, George, took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals and then developed a carefully planned routine.
I started working with Pedro with my unique needs. Pedro has trained me in the gym as well as aquatic training. I can already see improvements in core strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. Hannah is one of the most energetic, fun, energetic and hardest working trainer in the gym. No matter what gym you happen to be in. She continually challenges herself which translates into her challenging her clientele as well. If you are looking to transform she is your trainer. If you need a change in regimen or feeling like you are plateauing she is your trainer. Contact her if you want change. She makes it fun and you won’t die. She is truly the best.
I've worked with multiple gyms and trainers (both regular and combat) and I haven't found an instructor with more expertise or encouragement. The other students are also awesome people and very welcoming. If you want to learn to defend yourself in real situations, this is the place to do it. I'm glad I found Strength4Combat.
Eric’s gym is a fantastic facility. Eric was very knowledgeable about different work outs. He pushed me to work out harder. I’ve dealt with other personal trainers before Eric is one of the most friendly ones you will find. He also helped go over a diet plan and was very helpful. I’m already down 10lbs this month! I’d recommend Eric to everyone!
I have been"around" and I've experienced many different gyms and trainers so I believe I can give a respectable testimonial about my experience with James Tilley. Not only does he tailor my workouts for my personal needs, which can change weekly, James gives me an effective workout, always paying close attention to my performance so that I will not injure myself. He also explains the movements so I understand HOW I could injure myself and why it is so important to pay attention to technique. Not only have I improved aesthetically but I feel great! I feel younger and more energetic and I am 67 years old!! In addition to his superior abilities as a trainer, James brings to every session his upbeat, energetic, and always encouraging personality. I was very nervous changing trainers and did a lot of research before I started working out with James in January. He was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. During sessions, he knows how to push when I need it or has a corny joke ready to make me laugh. I've struggled with lower back problems, he easily adapts and modifies exercises to meet my needs. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I love the environment at this gym! The trainers are down to earth and you can have a conversation with them. Of course your actually there to workout though, they will push you to your limit and make sure you do every excersice with a good form.

I've never worked out regularly or very much, yoga has mostly been my jam for the past ten yrs, however recently I did eight sessions with Kannel and was very pleased. She was considerate of my limitations but always pushed me to go further. I am mostly pleased that working out with her has motivated me to go to the gym on my own and work just as hard as I do with her. Definitely recommend!!!
Until 6 years ago, I never stepped foot in a gym except to watch a basketball game. My only form of exercise was walking around the neighborhood or on a treadmill. In 2010, I was diagnosed with an illness and had lost 30 pounds but not in a good way. Shortly thereafter my wife, also a client of Tedy's, recommended or should i say demanded that i start working out with Tedy at her gym, who she has been training with for some 10 years. At first, it started with her training me at my house because of the illness, but eventually i made my way to her gym, Raw Energy Fitness. Recently, her daughter Stela has done most of my training and I am equally pleased. They are both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of physical training, emotional and mental included. Now, rather than just walking I work my upper and lower body along with doing cardio. Both girls know my capabilities and limitations very well and still managed to help me take control over the illness, get stronger, and improve my test results year after year. For the longest time, this illness held me back while a constantly developed colds, and sicknesses. I truly believe that through my training at the gym I have greatly improved my physical and mental health, and of course my strength. My energy and stamina are better than ever. There is a great benefit belonging to a smaller gym that has developed its own personal touch from the people that create it. Today, after more than 6 years, and at my ripe age of 68 I am much stronger in both mind and body thanks to Tedy and Stela. Forever grateful, Neil.
