- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices defines the value of my services: care, attention, cleaning, respect and of course the knowledge of what I do. They are close to the average of good handy men.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is a basic onboarding where I tried to identify everything that the costumer wants to do and maybe new things that he/she will wants to do in the process. With this info I prepare myself to offer the best service that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Human Resources back in my country but my education/training is the experience of 6 years doing this kind of job here in USA.
