Today was a big and happy day for me. Diversified Home inspectors inspected the house I have under contract. There were three inspectors who have performed the inspection including a conditions inspector from Diversified, independent roof inspector and an independent termite inspector.The inspectors have done an awesome job. A+ outstanding work. It happened for me to have a glimpse in the work performed by the Ocairy Dreke while he was performing it. Very thorough work, I was very impressed. Ocairy inspected so many things on the property that I wouldn't even think of.At the end, Ocairy presented a verbal report. He was very articulated and detailed in his report presentation. Written report will come by end of today or tomorrow.Thanks a lot, the Diversified team. Yes, Natali, you've nicely coordinated the pre and post inspection activities. Diversified Home Inspections was our third inspector to visit during our home sale and by far the best. We had received two inspections prior with very few hiccups, so we didnt expect any surprises. Diversified spent at least twice as long as the others, and I could tell that they were checking more thoroughly. Appliances were run through complete cycles to make sure they were in good order. They found many things that the other guys missed including issues in the foundation and termites that were missed before. When it came time for us to buy, I insisted that we use Diversified and have used them twice now. The staff is polite, on time, dedicated, and professional.

Diversified did my inspection on my first house years ago, and on my current house about a year ago. They were so professional and knowledgeable!Nothing beats their customer service, though. I am currently changing insurances and needed a new inspection/wind mit, so of course I called them back up. Natali explained that because it has been so little time, we can actually do an update to our existing report (I just had to send proof of some changes we've made, like our new hurricane door - and she was even able to tell me where to find the stickers I needed!). It saved us a couple hundred dollars, and ended up being so quick and painless.Awesome company, I highly recommend them.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our inspections are all competitively priced. Keep in mind that to most of our inspections we are send 3 different inspectors for ultimate thoroughness.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Typically we are able to accommodate all new inspection requests within 1-2 days. We have multiple inspectors so it's easy to get our clients onto the schedule. We send out 3 inspectors to our inspections, each of which focus on a single area to ensure that nothing is missed.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our company is owned and operated by a licensed general contractor with 30+ years experience in the construction industry. Each of our inspectors are licensed and have construction related backgrounds. In addition to the experience they brought to the team, the owner requires all employees to go through a vigorous training program to ensure they are the best inspectors in the field.
