Introduction: Through my experience in the construction industry I am very familiar with construction and construction techniques and look out for your best interest. It was a pleasure having Jerry conduct my home inspection, wind mitigation test, and four point inspection. He was extremely thorough and provided great feedback throughout each inspection. Although Jerry conducted 3 separate inspections, he was still able to provide a report within 24 hours. Each report was well written, extremely thorough (approximately 80 pages), and included photos and estimates. Lastly, Jerry provided excellent recommendations which has resulted in me saving thousands of dollars. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to do continuing education for my General Contractor License, Roofing License and Home Inspector License. This is done every tow years. I also keep myself up to date taking on line classes when one in my profession is available.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs I do are house inspections for home buyers and inspections required to be done by their insurance companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the inspector and if need be ask for referrals, how many inspections he has one and how long he has been in business . Also make sure the inspector is certified, licensed and insured.
