Kevin responded quickly and gave me a quote half the price of the other roofers. He did a great job and looks good! He pressure washed my roof, repaired a leak, and did cosmetic work on some termite damage area I had.

I sent a message, he responded, we set up an appointment, he didn't show, I called, we set up another appointment for the next day at 9am, his wife called at 9:15 to say he was stuck at another job. Terrible customer service. I told them to forget it.

Fred, We apologize that you feel that way. I have reached out to you personally and feel that you are not looking for resolution and cannot be made happy. You did not have an appointment. I, further the more, find it mean spirited of you to post a derrogatory and inflamatory review on our profile. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and high quality workmanship to our community. Your project indicates leaks and water damage, so we wanted to try to get to you on the same day as there was a hurricane threat nearby and we were servicing a large influx of emergency calls regarding leaks after several days of torrential downpours. You indicated that your roof was NOT leaking and there wasn't any damage, you simply wanted the skylights replaced with sheet metal. Since your property was not at risk, we therefore asked if we could come by to quote your project on the following day, although you were beligerent, obnoxious and extremely rude to Kevin. You agreed. We phone you at ten minutes to nine, ten minutes prior to the pre-arranged time, to let you know that Kevin was en route and may be a few minutes late. You flipped out and cancelled over a possible couple of minutes. I do hope you find your perfect contractor, I don't know of one, so I can't offer a referral. I noticed that no other contractor has solicited your business?! Kindest regards.
