- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Simple Path we pride ourselves in our meet or beat policy, meaning that whatever quote you get for your move, we will meet or beat it guaranteed. We offer discounts for Military Veterans, Same-day booking, First Time Customers, Returning Customers, Referral discounts and many more. Our prices are constantly being updated and optimized based on the current state of the industry, which means we take into account the cost of labor, fuel and additional services such as storage and extra stops on your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Simple Path, the first step in working with a new customer is establishing a relationship. We understand that moving from one place to another is typically a stressful experience, so we make it our top priority to make sure our clients are made to feel important, heard and understood during our initial contact. Throughout the process we make sure our clients are informed always of the next step and kept in the loop so that they do not have to worry about the logistics of their move...because that is our job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Imperial has gone through all required licensing and training courses to be able to service our customers in a compliant and regulated manner. We are registered with the DOT and FMCSA. We also have obtained the proper state business registrations and general business requirements. This includes registering with the secretary of state, obtaining a federal tax identification number, and getting general liability and commercial auto insurance policies.
