- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is for a 50-60 minute appointment. Sometimes we may agree to go over-time. After the first hour you will be charged by the half hour (half the hour fee). Generally we try to keep our sessions in the one hour time frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with exploring your concern and move on to how we can help address it. We plus you up with resources and tools you can use between sessions to cope and confront daily issues and traumatic material that intrudes on your day. We then explore all that may be connected to your current concern. We will use evidence based interventions to alleviate those concerns and return you back to your life able to function occupationally and socially. That is the roadmap and the hope for all our customers.
