FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is required for all three professions. Between my chiropractic license, massage license and acupuncture certification, I complete over 50 hours of continuing education ever biennium. Also, I teach as an Adjunct Professor of Anatomy & Physiology I and II at NSU and I make it my prerogative to stay updated on current events happening in the health field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up in a family of medical doctors, I always had a passion for health. I thank God for pushing me away from medicine and away from dentistry and pushing me towards chiropractic, massage and acupuncture. He gave me a gift, and if I fought the path he laid out for me... I would have deprived the world of experiencing the gift HE blessed me with... healing touch.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Along with the the physical aspect of my profession, patients can confide in me all their daily stresses because it is only then that they may respond to my treatment. Musculoskeletal conditions may arise due to psychological stress as well as exacerbate any conditions they may have had in their past.
