Honest to a fault. I thought I had identified the issue and he corrected me which lead to the entire job being canceled. So even though it lost him money, Moshe wouldn't let me proceed with unnecessary repairs.

Moses from OK Restoration is the most honest person I have come across in this business. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is trustworthy, honest and willing to come back and re-look at different areas that I had questions about. The free inspection was super thorough. They gave me valuable information on the process and how to fix the problem. I didn’t end up hiring them yet because I have to wait for insurance adjuster, etc. but I would totally hire them in the future.

Good, but could be better. Ok Restoration did a quality job in drying out my crawl space/ attic and fixing my torn ceiling and garage wall caused by leaky pipes. The PROS: 1. The price. I was pleased with the price quoted for fixing my ceiling and garage wall. 2. Quality. I am satisfied with how my ceiling and garage wall turned out and now it almost looks new. CONS: 1. Punctuality: Leaves room for improvement. After leaving the dehumidifier at my house on a Thursday and promising to come back on Mon, the pro didn't bother to initiate contact with me at all on Monday, while I had to ping him on Thumbtack several times before he decided to show up the next day. And that was after I expressed my displeasure and asked if he still wanted the job. 2. Responsiveness. Definitely could be more responsive to the client's time and concerns. When he didn't come on Mon, he also did not have the to time to message me for hours in between while saying that the app was slow. Overall, I I would give OK Restoration 4 stars based on the price and and their workmanship, but hope they continue to improve in other areas such as punctuality and responsiveness.
