Why I hired a personal trainer? 1.I had no idea what I’m doing when it came to strength training, and I really wanted to make sure I was doing it right. 2.If I was going to take the time out of my crazy schedule to work out, I wanted to get the maximum possible result. 3.I wanted the accountability of having an appointment. 4.I didn’t want to do the work of figuring out a workout program. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do. And do it properly. So... I met DAVID! His combination of weight training and his amazing diet plan is the healthiest way I know of to guarantee the body you’ve always wanted. The effects of training with David and the new body that came with it have enhanced every aspect of my life… I can’t recommend him highly enough. Not to mention he has you laughing the whole way through it. I am so grateful that I was able to find someone who really knew what he was talking about and who was there every step of the way to guide me with my training and diet.

David is amazing to work with! He pushes you to your limits without pushing to hard. He makes working out enjoyable and he has transformed my body in such a short period of time! He's the best!!

Seeing fantastic results. I have worked with other personal trainers before who were only interested in checking their messages on their phone. David is extremely attentive to you for your entire session time. I have learned alot of fitness from him. Training is fun and he switches up your training according to your progress so you don't get bored.

Has worked with me knowing my limitations from an injury to not only help me get past this problem but to tone and loose weight. I am very happy with the results I am getting. I have much more energy, have lost weight and am stronger. Love the compliments I have been getting on how I look!

David has been an incredible trainer for me over the last year. Most impressive is the fact that I can only train at 5am and for 3 days a week he has NEVER missed or cancelled a session despite my hoping he would on leg days. Sorry Dave but I still hate leg days. It's also been amazing how he mixes up our routine such that he never allows my training to become boring or stale. Oh, he's also a great psychologist and has yet to send me a bill for those services. Dave, it's been a blast and looking forward to the next year.
