- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that if you are looking for a Nutritionist, that they are a Registered Dietitian. Dietitians possess a minimum of a Bachelors of Science degree. They must complete 1200+ internship hours before sitting for the Registration exam. Anyone can call themselves a "nutritionist" or Nutrition coach", but in most states it is illegal to practice nutrition without a license. All Licensed Nutritionists are Registered Dietitians and vice versa. Don't be fooled by someone who sells a service, yet does not have the experience or necessary education to complete the job correctly.
