The owner Derly is very responsive and does try to offer great customer service. I don't think for the money the cleaning job was as good and complete as it should have been, but Derly acknowledged that he thought from my description that the job would have taken more time and did remedy it by giving me a credit toward my next cleaning. He runs the company in a professional manner.
What an awesome job!, 08/17/2015 I chose Titan cleaning services after extensive research into multiple agencies. I went with them because someone recommended to me and for the price range they said they would do so much more than the other companies I called. I must say I was extremely happy, not only did they do all they stated but they went above and beyond. I don't believe my house has ever been this clean. It is gorgeous!!

French fashion line Sandro decided to throw a last minute Art Basel event, and Laurie truly came through for us in a pinch with only 2 days to plan and execute. She handled everything despite the rush (even suggesting a specialty cocktail in line with our preferred theme), and the event went off without a hitch. She is extremely sweet and thorough, and we will definitely be seeking her business in the future.
Shelby was a great communicator!!! She was the only company on here to actually respond when I had questions and I am so glad I hired her company. I have had terrible experience with cleaning companies who never showed up and a company who didn’t even clean so I was very skeptical. However, The cleaner, Nairobi, showed up earlier than expected and never rushed through anything. She was super nice and thorough. I was extremely impressed and made sure to schedule future cleanings. Highly recommend.
It was a pleasure to work with Jose. He took care of everything - from sizing up my organizational project, to figuring out what type of storage I needed, to renting a truck to haul and dispose of the junk, etc. I now have a functional garage again! I highly recommend Jose and I will work with him again in the future.

Aniko was absolutely AMAZING!!! I had to prepare my townhouse (which I’ve lived in alone since I moved here seven months ago) for a new roommate to move in next weekend, with very little time to spare because of a hectic, high-pressure work schedule. She was very accommodating with her dates of availability, and despite my not being ready for her by having certain things done before she arrived because I wasn’t well the day before, she managed to finish all the most important parts of the project in one day! My new roommate now has plenty of free space where I thought none could be made in our common areas, and her bedroom, which was piled high to the ceiling with unpacked boxes, is now totally clear for her to come in and view the unit tomorrow! I’m absolutely astounded by all the smart, innovative ways she went about consolidating space and finding ways to keep common items organized and together. She’s the TOPS! Mayra is truly skilled at what she does and has a keen sense of organization. I moved from an apartment to a larger house while pregnant - she quickly helped me unpack all of our boxes and thoughtfully organized each item. Plus, she's full of helpful advice about house maintenance and living in Miami in general. I highly recommend.

The service provided exceeded my expectations. I have not organized my house in years!!! Cheryl came and was very calm and supportive throughout the process. I knew what need to be done but was so overwhelmed by the amount of "stuff" I accumulated . I did my first round of "decluttering" and when Cheryl came she took charge in a very supportive way and put things away and arranged my kitchen in a way that it flows effortlessly. Living in south Florida I always have company. The other day my friends took over my kitchen and when they asked for items I knew exactly where to find them I didn't feel ashamed because I had to rummage through my utensils, pots, pans, etc. Having a home that is organized takes alot of effort but the maintenance of it all is so rewarding. Kelly came to my house and helped me with my office and my laundry room which were my two most problematic areas. They were my catch all rooms. She came in, came up with a plan, and did a GREAT job at following through with it. Not to mention she was great company to have around while she was helping me. Kelly had my decide what I wanted to keep, throw out, and donate. This really helped me get rid of unwanted things that I had. I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING MY COMPUTER TO FUNCTION IN THE WAY IT USED TO AFTEINSTGALLING A NEW PROGRAM - I'M STILL USING A PC WITH OUTLOOK AS I DON'T FEEL UP TO SWITCHING TO APPLE. Meeting and working with Ashaunti has been a beautiful experience. She was my doula and my organizer. As a doula alone she provides the best resources. She never leaves you stranded where you're questioning a lot. She has been there with me throughout my whole pregnancy, by my side like a close friend. I love the fact that she doesn't consider you as a client but as a friend. She also helped me organize my room and prepare for baby. My room was a complete mess and I don't know what I would do without her. She's awesome. My home office was a 'disaster' - paper in piles with no real system. I thought I could just remember where things were but it was getting out of control. THEN, Tracie came to the rescue! After discussing my needs, she went to work like a tasmanian devil! Papers were grouped by purpose then filed accordingly. Now I have a system that I can work with productively. I highly recommend Tracie and her organizational skills to anyone needing to make some sense out of absolute clutter!
I have used Errands Etc. several times. The first time I was totally overwhelmed just moved in to my (down sized ) home and it was right before the holidays. They came in and helped me unpack, sort and organize! It was Dec 24 and I had no tree, they decorated it while I wrapped n shopped. They helped me get ready for Christmas Eve family gathering, which was @ my house. I didn't think it was possible to be ready, but.... with Errand Etc, anything is possible. I was so pleased that several weeks later they came to paint, and do more organizing and decorating. I recommend them with no reservations. They are the BEST!! We wish them much success.
