Introduction: For the past 12 years I have been the executive chef for some of the top kosher caterers in Israel and Florida. I prides myself on creating unique and innovative cuisines while maintaining a high level of service and quality. While growing up in a small village in Israel, I fell in love with fresh seasonal and high quality products. I decided to turn my old love for food into a profession and graduated from TADMOR hotel management and culinary school. I started my career as a young chef in NY where I worked in high end restaurants as Cello and Gramercy Tavern. I then moved back to Israel and became the chef of Lychee, Shkedim, Braf and Tiltan – gourmet catering companies in Israel .I also successfully graduated a pastry chef course and a master chef course from the Israeli ministry of trade. Two years ago I moved back to Florida with my family and started my own private chef and catering company. Aaron's private chef and catering will make all your culinary dreams come true, romantic dinner for tow, or high end cocktail party we do it all, we custom are menus to your will, weather its a sushi class or 80 year old birthday party. Thanks, Chef Aaron Lerman.

We have had Chef Aaron prepare several meals for friends at our house. We typically have around 12 people or so and he plans wonderful menus. We have been very impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and quality of work. We like to experiment with various cuisines and we have been very happy with what he has prepared for us. Some examples are: Italian, Mediterranean, and French, thus far. Our guests have very much enjoyed the food and complimented us on a wonderful experience. We look forward to continuing to use Chef Aaron for future get-togethers.

This was a first for me. Aaron was easy to work with, understanding our needs and even anticipating issues as they occurred. The food was excellent.
