Introduction: We are offering a one-hour outdoor boot camp class just for women. A set of weights and a mat are all you need to get started. You will get a full-body workout which will include toning, cardio and core work. We are open during Monday - Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. It includes a pre and post assessment, nutrition seminar and supermarket.
